Returns & Cancellations (UK Online Orders)

Summary

  • You can cancel any online order within 14 days of receiving it.

  • After you tell us, you have another 14 days to send items back.

  • We refund the item price + our basic UK delivery cost. If you chose an enhanced/express option, we refund the basic cost only.

  • You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

  • We may deduct for diminished value if items were handled beyond what’s necessary to try/inspect (like in a shop).

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

How to cancel (cooling‑off)
 

Within 14 days of delivery, email info@boldkidswear.com with: order number, your name/address, items you’re cancelling. We’ll confirm next steps and the return address. (You may also use the model cancellation form below.)

Sending items back


After telling us you’re cancelling, you have 14 days to post items back. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Items must be unused, with tags/packaging, and safe for resale.

Refunds


We’ll refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or you providing evidence of posting , whichever is earlier. Refunds go to the original payment method. We refund our basic UK delivery cost; upgrades like next‑day are not refunded.

 

Return costs


For change‑of‑mind returns, you cover return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return costs and refund in full.

Exclusions required by law


No right to cancel for personalised/custom goods, sealed items that are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed, or digital downloads once you consented to start the download. (Not typically relevant to our current products.)

Sale items
Statutory cancellation rights apply equally to sale items purchased online. (Faulty goods are always returnable.) 

 

Faulty items (separate to cooling‑off)


If something is faulty or not as described, email us right away. You’re entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; we’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
