We decide how and why your personal data is used and are responsible for looking after it (the “controller”).
• We use your data to process orders, deliver purchases, provide support, and (with permission) send marketing.
• We share data only with trusted service providers (e.g., website host, payment and delivery partners). We do not sell your data.
• You can access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to certain uses, and withdraw consent at any time.
• We use cookies; essential cookies run the site, while analytics/marketing cookies are optional and require your consent.
Our shop and emails are aimed at adults/parents. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for accounts or marketing purposes. If you believe a child has provided data, contact info@boldkidswear.com, and we will delete it. We design our content with the ICO’s Children’s Code in mind.
We use carefully selected providers under contract who only process data on our instructions: - Website & store platform: e.g., Wix (hosting, checkout, site analytics) - Payment processors: e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Shop Pay (we don’t store full card numbers) - Delivery partners: e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, DPD - Email & CRM: e.g., Klaviyo/Mailchimp (transactional and marketing emails) - Analytics & error monitoring: e.g., Google Analytics/Tag Manager, log/error tools
We share only what’s necessary and require each provider to protect your data.
How long do we keep data?
• Orders: normally 6 years (tax and accounting).
• Support & messages: kept while needed to resolve your query, then deleted/archived.
• Marketing: until you unsubscribe or we delete inactive records.
Your Right:
Under UK GDPR, you can request:
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing (including direct marketing). You may also withdraw consent at any time. We will respond within one month.

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, then we delete or anonymise it.

Ordering & contract
Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email an order acknowledgement. A contract forms only when we dispatch your goods (we’ll confirm by email). If we can’t accept an order (e.g., stock or pricing error), we’ll refund you in full promptly.
Products & availability
We aim for accurate images/descriptions; minor colour/finish variations may occur. This doesn’t affect your rights if items are faulty or misdescribed. All items are subject to availability.
Prices & payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure provider.
Delivery
UK delivery via tracked services. Delivery times are estimates. Title passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery to you.
Your right to cancel (online orders)
You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order and cancel without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. We refund the item price and our standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return). Unless the item is faulty, you pay return postage (use a tracked service). These rights are in addition to any goodwill/store policy.
Returns: condition & exclusions
Items must be unused and in resaleable condition with tags/packaging. Exclusions apply where the law allows (e.g., personalised/custom items). If an item is sealed for health/hygiene and you unseal it after delivery, the legal cooling-off return may not apply only where clearly stated on the product page.
Faulty or misdescribed goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If an item is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to remedies, including a full refund within 30 days (“short-term right to reject”), or a repair/replacement thereafter. Contact info@boldkidswear.com. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return (or proof of posting). We refund our standard delivery cost only (not any paid upgrade).
Promo codes & pre-orders
Codes apply to eligible items and have no cash value. Pre-order dates are estimates; if we can’t supply, we’ll refund you.
Liability
Nothing limits/excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights. Otherwise, we’re not liable for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee.
Privacy
We process your data according to our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
The laws of England & Wales govern these terms; courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
How to cancel / start a return
Email info@boldkidswear.com with your order number and the items you’re returning/cancelling. We’ll confirm next steps and provide the return address. Please obtain proof of postage.
