At Bold Kidswear, we aim to deliver your order promptly and reliably. Choose Standard or Express at checkout; prices are shown once your address is entered.

UK Delivery
Standard (3–5 working days)
 • Cost: Calculated at checkout by weight and destination; free on orders £25+.
 • Delivery days: Monday–Saturday (no deliveries on UK bank holidays).
 • Timing: Estimated 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Express (1–3 working days)
 • Cost: From £3.99, shown at checkout.
 • Cut‑off: Orders placed before 3:00pm (UK time, Mon–Fri) are eligible for next working day delivery to most UK postcodes. Orders placed after the cut‑off dispatch the next working day and usually arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
 • Delivery days: Monday–Saturday (no deliveries on UK bank holidays).
 • Exceptions: Remote postcodes (e.g., Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may take longer and may incur a surcharge—this will be shown at checkout.

International Delivery (from £8.70)
 • Cost & timing: from £8.70 for small items (books/beanies); bulky items priced at checkout. Typical 7–14 working days from dispatch.
 • Duties & taxes (DDU): International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT or local taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout. Customs checks may cause delays.

Dispatch Times
 • We aim to dispatch within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
 • Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Restrictions
 • We deliver across the UK, Europe and select international destinations.
 • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
 • Deliveries to Highlands, Islands and other remote areas may take longer and can incur additional charges (shown at checkout).

Delivery Delays
Couriers may sometimes adjust their processes (e.g., for contactless delivery) or experience network delays due to weather, strikes or customs. We’ll keep you updated where possible.

What is your return policy?

How to cancel (cooling‑off)
Within 14 days of delivery, email info@boldkidswear.com with: order number, your name/address, and items you’re cancelling. We’ll confirm next steps and the return address. (You may also use the model cancellation form below.)

Sending items back
After telling us you’re cancelling, you have 14 days to post items back. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Items must be unused, with tags/packaging, and safe for resale.

Refunds
We’ll refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or you providing evidence of posting , whichever is earlier. Refunds go to the original payment method. We refund our basic UK delivery cost; upgrades like next‑day are not refunded.

Return costs
For change‑of‑mind returns, you cover return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return costs and refund in full.

Exclusions required by law
No right to cancel for personalised/custom goods, sealed items that are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed, or digital downloads once you consent to start the download. (Not typically relevant to our current products.)

Sale items
Statutory cancellation rights apply equally to sale items purchased online. (Faulty goods are always returnable.)

Faulty items (separate from cooling‑off)
If something is faulty or not as described, email us right away. You’re entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; we’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

 • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
