Born from love, built for every child
The Originals, our very first beanies, made not long after the book.
We didn’t set out to build a clothing brand. We set out to build a world where kids like our son could see themselves as the hero.
Our journey began in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic and the fight for our son's diagnosis. What started as a need to find clothing that wouldn't cause him distress has grown into an entire inclusive universe of superhero stories, transition songs, and activities brought into the real world through tag-free, sensory-friendly gear.
It started with our son. But it was never meant to stay just about him.

We started Bold Kids after our own son's autism diagnosis, looking for gear that worked for him and finding almost nothing. Every beanie we make is the one we wanted for him.
