UK Standard, 3 to 5 working days, free on orders over £25. UK Express, 1 to 3 working days, from £3.95, order before 3pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery to eligible postcodes.
Returns and exchanges
You can cancel any order within 14 days of delivery, then have a further 14 days to send it back to us. We refund the item price plus our standard UK delivery cost, upgraded delivery options aren't refunded. You cover return postage for a change-of-mind return, we cover it if the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. We checked every colour by hand, and yellow came out best. These boots are made in small batches, and you may occasionally notice a light mark or small stain on the rubber from the manufacturing process, that's exactly why we only sell this one, and why every pair is checked in person before it ships. It doesn't affect how they perform, waterproofing, flex and grip are all unaffected, but we'd rather you know upfront than be surprised.
