  • Acrylic shell, soft polyester lining, no wool anywhere. The lining is there on purpose, it is what keeps ears warm without anything scratchy against the skin. No wool means nothing to prickle, no rough fibre hiding where you would not think to check. No tags, nothing cut out, nothing to trigger. Hand checked before it ships. Made in small batches.

    Washing. Turn inside out, wash with similar colours at 30°C, mild detergent, no bleach. Air dry, no tumble dryer, no iron. It may feel a touch smaller straight out of the first wash, that is normal, stretch it back back to its usual fit once worn. Store flat to keep its shape.

    Ages are only a guide, because every child's head grows at its own pace. Measure around the head, just above the ears, and choose the size that matches. If your child is between sizes, pick the bigger one.

  • Delivery

    UK Standard, 3 to 5 working days, free on orders over £25. UK Express, 1 to 3 working days, from £3.95, order before 3pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery to eligible postcodes.

    Returns and exchanges

    You can cancel any order within 14 days of delivery, then have a further 14 days to send it back to us. We refund the item price plus our standard UK delivery cost, upgraded delivery options aren't refunded. You cover return postage for a change-of-mind return, we cover it if the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.     Quality Item That Draws Compliments

    I ordered my beanie via the tik tok shop and it arrived within 2 to 3 days, the customer service was really good.

    The product is of great quality and it has been keeping my head warm during this harsh winter, indoors and outdoors.

    What I find even more amazing is the amount of compliments that I have received from strangers, on the streets, on the train to work or when I am running errands.

    I will be patronising again to buy more beanies in different colours.
